Liz Newman has a 29-year, multi-faceted background in Real Estate, Development, and Construction. Liz has worked on the front lines of residential and commercial construction both in operations and in the field. She came to the Front Range from Texas where she had developed in the infill areas of Dallas and Fort Worth. Liz has had a diverse role working with McCauley Constructors, having spent time in Planning, Strategic Business Development and Marketing, while creating McCauley Development Group (MDG).
MDG is a full service development company providing acquisitions, planning, financing, and complete design build development services for partners and clients in the multifamily, multi-use, industrial, and residential markets. Liz is currently working on a number of diverse developments both on the Front Range and in Wyoming.
Liz is the Vice Chair of the Construction Advisory Committee for the Boulder Valley School District, the Northern Colorado Liaison for the Associated Builders and Contractors Rocky Mountain Chapter, served as Chair for the NOCO SMPS Colorado chapter for four years and has served for six years as judge for the Rocky Mountain Excellence In Construction awards.

Liz has a keen eye for detail, sees opportunities where others may have overlooked, is knowledgeable about construction as the contractor, and will see your project through to the end.
