McCauley Constructors Announces Management Team Expansion to Support Rapid Growth in Employee Base a
McCauley Constructors, a leader in design build commercial construction, today announced recent additions to the company’s management and field supervision team to meet the needs of their growing workforce and expanding customer demand for their services. Caroline Hornback was appointed Corporate Operations Manager and Ken Millard was appointed Project Manager. Field supervision hires include: Gary Clark, Superintendent, Bennie Barr, Superintendent and James Ferguson, Superintendent.

Caroline Hornback will focus on maintaining McCauley’s collaborative culture as the company expands its growing employee base across multiple regions. In order to sustain employee and client engagement, she will leverage the company’s operations platform and collection of best practices. With over thirty-five years of commercial construction experience, Ken Millard will lead a portion of the company’s construction team, and will ensure McCauley’s new and existing clients receive the highest quality construction service.
“Caroline brings fifteen plus years of general management experience in all areas of construction. Ken will be an essential part of our efforts in maintaining McCauley’s field operations in specific assigned areas,” says Mr. McCauley.
The addition of Mr. Barr, Mr. Clark and Mr. Ferguson as field superintendents provides McCauley with coverage of expanded project backlog and an additional eighty-five years of commercial construction experience in project supervision, schedule management, emphasizing efficiency, and attention to detail, implementation monitoring and progress measuring.
In addition to these new hires, McCauley is expanding its territory into new regions to follow its new and existing clients’ requests.
