McCauley Constructors breaks ground on Hansen's Corner Storage in Broomfield
WINDSOR, CO – MCCAULEY Constructors, Inc., Colorado’s leading commercial storage builder, focused on highly complex and sustainable commercial construction projects, has been selected to build the new Hansen’s Corner Storage located in Broomfield, CO at 12791 Lowell Boulevard. The project boasts two drive up conditioned space buildings (Building’s A & C) totaling 35,553 square feet , and a two story conditioned storage building (Building B) totaling 63,216 square feet. The leasing office will be located in building A. The total project square footage is: 98,769.
The project broke ground in mid-January 2017 and is planned to complete by late fall. Hansen’s Corner Storage, which will help bring exceptional storage opportunities to the Broomfield community. The beautiful exterior elements, such as split face rock and brick veneer, two stucco colors, featuring Desert Tan and Deep Crimson, along with the multi-level elevations add to the pleasing aesthetics of the building which faces the busy corner at Midway and Lowell.
