As Corporate Controller for McCauley Constructors Inc., Jennifer Aguero brings more than 16 years of construction industry experience and a strong background in financial management. She has been with McCauley Constructors for 10 years, serving as Corporate Controller and a member of the executive leadership team for the past 8 years. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and plays a key role in guiding the company’s financial operations, strategic planning, and long-term growth. She enjoys the unique opportunities and challenges that come with construction accounting and the impact sound financial management has on the success of the projects and organization.

 

Jennifer values continuous learning, teamwork, and building strong relationships across the organization and with clients and business partners. She is committed to providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers, working collaboratively to find solutions and support project success. Passionate about her work, Jennifer enjoys helping drive financial performance while supporting the people and projects that make McCauley Constructors successful.

 

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling abroad and finding inspiration in the cultures and cuisines she experiences along the way. She loves bringing the flavors of her travels into her own kitchen and preparing meals with her large family.
