Development Principal
Liz Newman has a 30-plus-year, multi-faceted background in Real Estate, Development, and Construction. Liz has worked on the front lines of residential and commercial construction both in operations and in the field. She came to the Front Range from Texas where she had developed in the infill areas of Dallas and Fort Worth. Liz has had a diverse role working with McCauley Constructors, having spent time in Planning, Strategic Business Development and Marketing, while creating McCauley Development Group (MDG).
MDG is a full-service development company providing land acquisitions, planning and entitlement services, financing and complete design build development services for partners and clients in the multifamily, multi-use, industrial, and residential markets. Liz is currently working on a number of diverse developments both on the Front Range of Colorado and in the Southwest.
Liz has served as the Vice Chair of the Construction Advisory Committee for the Boulder Valley School District, the Northern Colorado Liaison for the Associated Builders and Contractors Rocky Mountain Chapter, Chairperson for the NOCO SMPS Colorado chapter for four years and six years as a judge for the Associated Builders and Contractors Rocky Mountain Excellence in Construction awards. Currently, Liz serves as leader of the Northern Colorado Land Exchangors network.
Liz is an extraordinary person and talented developer with a heart to serve. She is as concerned about your project as much if not more than the client. Liz has a keen eye for detail, sees opportunities where others may have overlooked, is knowledgeable about construction as the contractor, and will see your project through to the end.
