The Timnath Gateway Project is a 37+ acre $159M multi-use development in Larimer County at the gateway to Timnath, CO. Located right on the Poudre River, one block East of Interstate 25 at the South East corner of  Harmony Road and Weitzel Street. This development is all set for an Eat, Play, Live environment with its planned Multifamily, Retail and Commercial design. Complete with walking trails and pedestrian bridge, enjoy relaxing strolls by the river, and access to amazing experiences including: culinary and retail situated on either side of the development. And just a quick walk across the street to the south and west is the upcoming LaDera development with more exciting retail and the possible approval of  a newly planned Top Golf sports park.


This environmentally conscious built community isn't just for the river's  eco-habitat, but also for the residents of this thoughtfully designed and sustainable project. Eco-friendly living spaces, chock full of the latest amenities and energy saving models are a priority throughout this cutting-edge community.



Coffman Station is a public-private partnership with the City of Longmont Development & Urban Renewal departments. Located on the new transit line on Coffman across from the new Transit Station at 1st Street. Planning and development meetings have begun for this 5-story, modular, multi-use building. The $32M development will be a sustainable solar-powered project with 88 units—from studios to two bedrooms—and includes affordable units in the mix.

The beautifully designed building will include Longmont's first automatic garage stacker system, an automatic dog wash system and includes space for retail and commercial on the first level with an outdoor plaza. At Coffman Station you 'll find many exciting amenities from storage lockers on every floor, designer colors and a stunning upper community deck located on the second level which includes fire pits, BBQ grilling areas, and plenty of areas  to sit back, relax and have a swanky soiree with friends and family.



Waggoner Crossing is a $55M  16.3 acre Multi-use development featuring 78 townhomes with retail at the frontage of Main (Hwy 60). The townhome community includes a dog park, playground, veggie gardens and built in fire pits for casual outdoor living area.

The retail portion of the development includes a corner fuel and convenience store, a coffee house with drive thru, a liquor store with drive thru, and three stand alone retailers.
This development is at the Town of Johnstown for approval of its overall development plan and submissions for entitlements.
The development is located at the South West corner of Colorado Boulevard (CR13) and Highway 60, will be an energy efficient, sustainable design, with retail geared to support the three new schools, and expanding Johnstown community.
