Sundance Hill Phase 1 is a 23-acre $55M residential development in West Laramie, WY. Set for 188 single-family and paired homes, along with 10 fourplex townhomes. These environmentally conscious, ASHRAE-rated modular homes, are built in a climate-controlled facility and appointed with the latest amenities. Delivered and assembled on site from the mid-$ 250s.
McCauley Development Group has partnered with Laramie Reboot to supply the development, and our homebuilding company MountainWest Homes will supply the homes for the development. Sundance Hill Phase 2 is standing by, at the ready, with 50 acres on the adjacent parcel.
GOLD KEY LANDING – P3
Gold Key Landing is a public private partnership with the Longmont Downtown Development Authority, which includes the conveyance of two parking lots located on the new transit line on Coffman and 3rd Street. Planning and development meetings have begun for this 5-story, modular, multi-use building. The project is in an opportunity zone and flanked by two beautiful City of Longmont parks. This $32M development will be a sustainable solar-powered project with 88 units—from studios to two bedrooms—and includes affordable units in the mix.
The beautifully designed building will include 6,600 SF of retail, Longmont's first "CityLift" automatic garage stacker system, an automatic dog wash system and includes a Paseo that travels from Coffman Street East across Main Street to Kimbark Street. Check out the exciting amenity deck located on the second level and includes fire pits, BBQ grilling areas, and plenty of area to have a swanky soiree.
WINDSOR MAIN STREET MARKETPLACE
Windsor Main Street Market Place is a $55M, two-city block, downtown development. This sustainable development includes townhomes, retail, multi-family, restaurants, a natural grocer and a podium constructed parking garage with a 'City Lift' automatic stacking garage system inside for additional parking.
With the immense growth of the Town of Windsor and the need for commerce in the city; this development will be the catalyst for the comprehensive plan and revitalization of downtown Windsor. It will also serve as an economic driver for the city, alongside the new Future Legends Ballpark, just a few blocks away.
STATION VILLAGE - T.O.D.
Station Village is a five-acre Multi-family TOD development located next to RTD's Northglenn Station. Just three stops from Downtown Denver's Union Station, this development includes seven modular buildings consisting of approximately 47 units each for a total of 329 units, placed over podium construction. Each unit comes complete with the comforts and conveniences every generation yearns for in a new sustainable, carefree lifestyle.
Incentives from the City and RTD on a T.O.D. are many. This project also includes water rights.
Station Village is currently in design with LAI Design, it plans retail space closest to Northglenn Station, has an amazing amenity list which includes a pocket park, outdoor entertainment area - complete with Summer kitchens, BBQ's, Clubhouse, and quick walkable access to Northglenn Station.
