Greg Conger is a construction professional with over 28 years of experience, managing a variety of construction delivery methods and project types. As a seasoned professional, Greg understands the importance of client relationships, best-in-class preconstruction services, and a proven record of efficient field performance.


Greg brings a variety of product types including commercial/office, municipal, hospitality, healthcare, multi-family/multi-use, and industrial projects. In the past, he has served in a number of capacities including Vice President of Preconstruction Services, Project Executive, and Senior Project Manager of Design and Construction. Greg has supervised project delivery services, and civil infrastructure and took the lead on development agreements and negotiations with approval agencies. Greg is experienced with tight deadlines and has successfully led design and construction teams to ensure delivery per specifications on time and within budget.


Greg has a Class A General Contractor’s License for the City of Denver, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, is LEED AP Accredited, and has served in various roles and capacities for AGC.
